WARRANTY CLAIM POLICY
VonZipper products are constructed with the highest quality materials and craftmanship. Every VonZipper product is held to stringent quality control procedures to ensure that your VZs will not let you down. VZ offers a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer's defects on all products. It is our pledge that your VonZipper experience is all that it can be. If you should every have a problem, it can be resolved in 5 easy steps.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
To return a warranty product please follow the steps below

1. Complete our online form by clicking on the Submit Form button below.
2. Print one copy of the warranty claim form to include in the box with your VonZipper product.
3. Write your Warranty Claim # on the outside of the box.
4. Pack product in suitable packaging to ensure it is not damage in shipping. Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. UPS, Federal Express, Purolator). VonZipper is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
5. We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of the warranty claim.
